Scaredy Dog

So Ron has been driving a motorcycle to work. Usually when he comes home he takes off his helmet at places it on the handle of his bike. Today Ron brought it in the house. I came upstairs from working and said 'why is this in the house?' Ron said he wasn't thinking, then Kyle offered to to take it out to the garage. So Kyle puts on the helmet to take it to the garage and Lily our dog runs away from him scared to death. Lily's reaction made us laugh. the next thing we know Kyle is on all 4's chasing around Lily. We opened the back door and she ran out to the very corner of the yard, she wanted nothing to do with Kyle. It reminded me of when we discovered she didn't like the vacuum. During that same time she was a bit younger and wound scratch at our sliding glass door with her paw which was ANNOYING! To solve this problem we placed the vacuum in front of the door... solved that!!! Now when she's naughty we have new ammunition! Yay!!

Do you ever?

SO..... Do you ever find yourself getting SO angry at the stupidest things? Tonight I went and saw the movie "Love Happens" which I recommend. I choose my seat in the theater based on having an empty seat in front of me so that I can put my feet up on the seat. I know, I know, mom says not to put your feet on the furniture!! But, It's not Moms furniture! Anyhow, I am about 15 minutes into this movie and some chick came and plopped her tush in the seat in front of me. Argh! I found myself unable to concentrate on the movie because I was so aggravated about having to put my feet down. I wanted to take my feet and kick as hard as I could the back of the chair, and then give her my crustiest look! What the heck is my problem. This is such a trivial thing! Gosh, Some people! (me!) So I guess I will count to 10 or something. I am over it and more embarrassed of my thoughts that I am thankful no one could hear.

New High School

Well my sweet little misfit aka Kyle has at the last minute been accepted into a new High School. This is such a blessing for him (he just doesn't know it yet) . They will give him the type of attention he needs and hopefully will change his academic life (lets just pray anyway). So tomorrow we will sign him up for Paradigm High School. Ron and I feel so relieved and realize our prayers have been answered.

I am the "Harried Hairdresser"... and mom too!

I feel that all I do is shower, eat, sleep ( a little) and WORK. Yes W-O-R-K that is a 4 letter word!! SO lately I have been getting on Facebook and wanting to come up with something clever to write next to my name, unfortunately all I can come up with are things like " Goodnight, or is it Good morning", or "Alison is sick and tired of being sick and tired". So L-A-M-E, a 4 letter word as well!! Why cant I be anything better than a 4 letter word. I want to put all my wonderful accomplishments next to my name. I see things like "Just canned my 500th jar of peaches" or "I was born to be a mother", or "I am making ..... for dinner tonight"... dinner what's dinner. Yes, ladies and gentlemen I am L-A-M-E. No dinner Or shall we call it F-O-O-D, another 4 letter word made by me, because I W-O-R-K! There has got to be more to life!! I have to get myself out of this F-U-N-K. I've got to find the inner SuperMom in me, she is in there somewhere. I have talents too. So for all you SuperMoms out there and there are many Warning: STAY FOCUSED or you will lose your super momness!! I will try to get better so for those of you who Facebook watch for more interesting things next to my name. And for all my beloved friends whom I have not spoken with in centuries I love you and miss you. To my most beloved and wonderful SuperMom of a sister I love you and I will call soon, you are the best!!

Lonely

My Ashley is at Oakcrest girls camp this week. Oh I miss her so much.. She will be back on Friday, then in another week she will leave for girls camp. I love that girl!

Little Miss Smarty Pants!

My cute little Ashley pulled a 4.0 hr entire 7th grade year.  We told her that if she she could be responsible enough to get a 4.0 that she could prove to be responsible enough to have a cell phone.  She thinks life is so much more wonderful!   Ahh the things that make life great!
